Due to the unprecedented success and demand of The Walker Learning Approach Study Tours during 2012, we are pleased to announce more study tours to be held in 2013.
These study tours are designed specifically for principals, leadership groups and classroom teachers. We now have separate 1 and 2 day Study Tours for the different primary school levels.
All Study Tours are highly appropriate for those who have either commenced implementing the approach or who are eager to hear for the first time. Afternoon professional development and personalised “break-out” sessions are included for teachers who have already started to implement the approach.
2 Day Study Tour - Early Primary (Prep - Year 2)
1 Day Study Tour - Middle & Upper Primary (Years 3-6)
1 Day Study Tour - Early, Middle & Upper Primary (Prep - Year 6)
A more detailed program and general information will be emailed to you upon booking in. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
Study Tours provide an ideal balance of the theoretical underpinnings of the approach and practical application in the field.
To ensure a quality experience, these conferences are limited to approximately 30 participants.
All professional development will be at the Early Life Foundations Centre in Brighton, Victoria.
230 Bay Street, Level 1, Brighton VIctoria. Please download directions to the Early Life Foundations Centre on the Bookings Page.
